Fire safety is a serious matter, and we encourage you to read this guide thoroughly before lighting your new scented candle inside your home.

Our Candle Burning Top Tips:

  1. Trim your wick to 3mm before each lighting to avoid smoking and overheating.
  2. Protect the surface on which the candle sits.
  3. Ensure the first burn is long enough for the entire top layer of wax to liquefy for an even burn.
  4. Avoid burning candles longer than 3 hours and never burn when there's less than 1cm of wax.
  5. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

How a Candle Works:
Candles generate light and heat through combustion. The wick supports the flame, drawing molten wax toward it, where the wax ignites and vaporizes, producing light and heat.
